What, who, how, and how often should you communicate with a constituent to keep them moving towards increased engagement? Find out what works for your organization’s moves management. You’ll learn how to quickly set up tasks designed to help your teams engage in consistent and personalized ways with your constituents (Engagement Plans) and how to track a constituent’s level of engagement based on criteria such as total gifts or number of hours volunteered (Levels).
Building Web Forms:
We’ll discuss different options for creating web forms that send data right to Salesforce using native Salesforce web-to-lead, WordPress, the third-party app Form Assembly and Salesforce product Pardot.
