You’ll learn how to quickly set up tasks designed to help your teams engage in consistent and personalized ways with your constituents (Engagement Plans) and how to track a constituent’s level of engagement based on criteria such as total gifts or number of hours volunteered (Levels).
Building Web Forms:
We’ll discuss different options for creating web forms that send data right to Salesforce using native Salesforce web-to-lead, WordPress, the third-party app Form Assembly and Salesforce product Pardot.
